Ionic contamination — dissolved ions raise conductivity and accelerate corrosion
Online Conductivity Sensor
ZW-HC101 · 0–20 μS/cm · CAN direct digital output

Overview
A conductivity sensor for hydrogen fuel-cell engines and vehicle thermal management systems. It measures conductivity by excitation at both electrode ends and reports a direct digital reading over CAN, keeping the coolant within the limits the stack requires.
Key features
- EMC-resistant design for use next to high-power electrical equipment
- Repeatable, stable readings over the service life
- Developed per IATF 16949 with CNAS automotive-grade EMC certification

Cooling architecture and the insulation question
Why the coolant loop and the electrical barrier must be designed together, and which components keep them apart.
Isolated DC-DC first, then the coolant piping
The 100 Ω/V and 500 Ω/V rules come from touch-safety limits, not from the converter. Worked numbers for a 500 V stack on an 800 V bus, and what they mean for hose length and rigid tube.
