Coolant circulation through stack, radiator and heat-exchanger loop
Fuel Cell Cooling Circulation Pump
Seal-less canned motor · 900–4500 W · 165–600 L/min

Overview
A seal-less canned-motor coolant pump for fuel-cell cooling circuits. Nine models from 900 W to 4500 W, rated up to 600 L/min at 32 m head, with CAN 2.0B control, multi-protection and an insulated medium design compatible with fuel-cell coolant.
Key features
- Seal-less canned-motor design — zero leakage, no shaft seal to wear
- Brushless PM motor with optimised hydraulics
- CAN 2.0B real-time speed and fault feedback
- Dry-run, locked-rotor, over-temperature and over-current protection
- ≥ 15,000 h service life, low noise, IP67
- Insulated medium design — wetted parts electrically insulated

Cooling architecture and the insulation question
Why the coolant loop and the electrical barrier must be designed together, and which components keep them apart.
Isolated DC-DC first, then the coolant piping
The 100 Ω/V and 500 Ω/V rules come from touch-safety limits, not from the converter. Worked numbers for a 500 V stack on an 800 V bus, and what they mean for hose length and rigid tube.
