Fuel-cell passenger cars through heavy-duty vehicles
Fuel Cell Special Radiator
ATS-R50 / ATS-R80 · vacuum-brazed plate-fin · nitrogen sealed

Overview
A fuel-cell radiator built for the coolant quality that stacks require. The circuit keeps impurities below 100 μm and conductivity under 5 μS/cm, is sealed with nitrogen above 0.6 MPa, and uses vacuum-brazed aluminium plate-fin technology with a flux-free welding process.
Key features
- Fuel-cell coolant quality — no impurities above 100 μm, conductivity below 5 μS/cm
- Nitrogen sealed above 0.6 MPa against corrosion and contamination
- Vacuum-brazed aluminium plate-fin core, flux-free brazing
- Corrosion-resistant 3003 or 5-series aluminium
- Winter–summer mode with CAN bus and HMI cuts power consumption

Cooling architecture and the insulation question
Why the coolant loop and the electrical barrier must be designed together, and which components keep them apart.
Isolated DC-DC first, then the coolant piping
The 100 Ω/V and 500 Ω/V rules come from touch-safety limits, not from the converter. Worked numbers for a 500 V stack on an 800 V bus, and what they mean for hose length and rigid tube.
